Student -  COS Parking Permit 2023

Step 1 - Go to cos.cmrpay.com

Step 2 - Create an account - click “sign up” - Use UPHS email address

Step 3 - Verify Email

Step 4 - Use Verified Email and Password to Log in

Step 5 - Click “Apply for a New Permit”

Step 6 - Click Student Fall Semester

Step 7 - Click “Start New Permit Application”

Step 8 - Start Applying

• Enter Vehicle Information - Make and License Plate Number

• Enter Permit Holder Details

Step 9 - Click “Add to Cart”

Step 10 - Check Out

Step 11 - Place Order

Step 12 - Review - Dash Board will say “Your Payment was Submitted”

**You should receive an email shortly after and then verification is mailed to your home address**
