School Forms Acknowledgement

As we move to an online format for student records, we need the help of all families to verify and update their student's contact information.  We also ask that parents and students review the school forms we send out every year and acknowledge that you have read and understand their contents.  These forms include but are not limited to the following: -

• Student/Parent Handbook

• Technology Use Agreement

• College Enrollment Agreement

• Course Replacement Policy

• Dress Code

• Mutual Accountability Agreement

• Acceptable Use Agreement

Please click on the link below to access the website where parents verify their student's information.  You will start by creating an account.  It is important that you write down your login information.  

This login will be used at a later date to submit your student's Intent to Return form.
