You can acknowledge the contribution of our service in your publication by including the following text in the acknowledgements section! If the staff has only provided assistance (but did not participate in the authorship of the manuscript): 

"The authors acknowledge the use of the instruments and scientific and technical assistance of NAME OF FLOW CYTOMETRY STAFF MEMBER(S) at the Flow Cytometry Service of LTTA Centre, University of Ferrara."
