Bioinformatics

Our mission is to provide the opportunity for researchers/clients to extract as much information as possible from their experiments. We also aim to work with researchers to optimize the design of the experiment, an essential starting point that is too often overlooked.

We offer statistical and bioinformatic analyses on raw data and downstream functional analyses that include the identification of significant genes, classification of samples, analysis of functions performed by genes, etc. 

The service considers data produced by our own and other platforms and offers analysis of data derived from both bulk and single-cell sequencing. Data are processed and results are provided in the form of hypertexts, figures, tables, or networks. Finally, we offer assistance for publication and storage in public databases (GEO and ARRAYEXPRESS).
