Collaborative Syllabus Design

Description

This project encouraged students to help create the learning objectives, skills, and dispositions for a contemporary Russia course taught by Amy Nelson at Virginia Tech.  Dr. Nelson shared a preliminary syllabus in the first class and worked with students to refine it over multiple class sessions.  Students and Dr. Nelson developed expectations for both students and professor.  Additionally, they developed learning outcomes for the course.
