Reference & Information Service - The reference desk or information desk of a library is a public service counter where professional librarians provide library users with direction to library materials, advice on library collections and services, and expertise on multiple kinds of information from multiple sources.
Virtual Reference Service (via email, phone and social media) - Provide fast, real-time online reference help to patrons. Patrons can chat with a librarian via Facebook messenger and can send inquiries to the library email.
Circulation Service - cater to daily activities related to the circulation of library materials such as the lending, returning, renewal and receiving of book reservation requests from faculty and students and payment of fines of library materials.
Library Orientation - The Library Orientation program offers first-year students an introduction to the Library’s resources and services, as well as information on effective research strategies, to help make the first-year student experience successful.
Library Instruction Program - Library instruction, also called bibliographic instruction (BI), user education and library orientation, consists of "instructional programs designed to teach library users how to locate the information they need quickly and effectively. The program also includes a short research activity designed to provide immediate immersion in the art of database searching, as well as serving as an assessment tool.
Photocopying & Printing Service - To facilitate the production of library materials of research and historical value, the library provides services for centralized printing, scanning, and photocopying.

Referral Service - This is rendered to the bonafide students and faculty who may want to use the resources of other libraries whereby a referral letter is issued by the librarian.
Document Delivery Service - Document Delivery is a service for UNC students, faculty and staff that provides electronic scans of articles and book chapters from material held by the Library.
Current Awareness Service - Inform the students and faculty members of the new acquisition, services, announcements, and activities through the electronic bulletin, Facebook page, email and website.
Multimedia and Internet Service - Computers with internet connection are available for educational and research purposes only. The Main Library has an Audiovisual Room that can be used for class viewing of multimedia and it also provides users with relevant information through electronic/nonprint material such as DVD’s and CD-ROM’s. Wi-Fi internet access is available in all areas of the library.
Accommodation of Outside Researchers - The library attends to visiting researchers up to a maximum of five persons at one time. Requirements are as follows: Referral/formal letter from the researcher and valid ID.
Assistance to Alumni - The library provides continued access to educational materials and resources to alumni, but is subject to the rules and regulations applied to researchers.
Library Tour - It gives brief information/lecture to the visitors of the library with regard to library resources, services, facilities and library policies.
Online Book Recommendation - Students and faculty may send their recommended book/s for purchase via email or online form.
Technical Services - Include Selection and Acquisition of Library Materials; Cataloging and Classification; and Preservation and Care of Materials.
