POULTRY

Poultry is a broad term for domesticated fowl, such as chickens, turkeys, ducks, and geese that can be raised for eggs, meat, and or feathers. Poultry is a great source of protein and provides lots of other nutrients your body needs, like iodine, iron, zinc, vitamins, and essential fatty acids.

Minnesota ranks number one in turkey production in the U.S. - raising 40 million birds annually and accounts for 18% of all turkeys produced in the United States.
