THE PROGRAM
Minnesota Harvest of the Month (MN HOTM) is a free farm to school marketing and education campaign that celebrates and connects the 3 C's of Farm to School: Cafeteria, Classroom, and Community. The program highlights local food by offering free educational resources for Early Care and K-12 classrooms, local food inspired recipes, and youth-centered marketing materials.
By providing these resources, Harvest of the Month aims to increase knowledge and foster excitement surrounding locally grown, seasonal foods in schools across the State.
