We are a new Pre-Health Organization at the University of Minnesota Twin-Cities that aims to teach and inform undergraduate students about different multidisciplinary aspects of healthcare that can be either obtained (such as MD/Ph.D., DDS/MBA, DO/MPH, etc), practiced (such as medical sociology), or innovated (like biomedical engineering).

Our aim is to be a safe space for students to explore their interests and guide them in their thinking about their application progress towards their medical journey while incorporating another degree or area of expertise.

This semester, we have a connections night event where you will get a chance to network with graduate students going into various health career fields! We will also be hosting a public health speaker panel event with speakers from a variety of backgrounds in public health, from MD/MPH, JD/MPH, Neuroscience among others!

We also take recommendations for what you want to see in events, so be sure to reach out and share your interests with us at minms@umn.edu.
