Open Arms of Minnesota is a non-profit organization that cooks and delivers medically tailored meals to individuals living with chronic and serious illnesses in the Twin Cities and surrounding areas. The primary illness they serve are HIV/AIDS, cancer, MS, ALS, ESRD, CHF, and COPD. Meals provided are made-from-scratch in a central kitchen by professional chefs. They have registered dietitians on staff who help plan menus and provide nutrition services to clients.
