The Center for Community-Engaged Learning

ABOUT

The Center for Community-Engaged Learning (CCEL) serves all students, faculty, staff, and community members at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. Through partnerships with local non profit organizations, we focus on immersing students in the community through volunteering, community-engaged classes, and other unique experiential opportunities such as HECUA and National Student Exchange (NSE). Whether academically-based or co-curricular, these experiences complement classroom learning, foster personal, professional and civic development, and allow students to work with others to enhance the well-being of our communities.

How can students connect with you?

CCEL is located in 240 Appleby Hall, students are welcome to drop by anytime during our office hours M-F 8:00am-4:30pm. You can also call us at 612-626-2044, or email us at ccel@umn.edu.
