Navigate to MyU > Purchasing Tab > My Wallet to view posted transactions.
Click the <PCard transaction type> link in the Expense Type column. Note: It can take a couple days for transactions to appear.
Enter both your justification and an account string to charge in the Description field.
Justifications should answer the 5 W's.
Account strings should be numerical values only; account or project titles will not be accepted.
Attach your signed receipt using the Attachments hyperlink. No Longer Needed.
When you are finished adding comments and attachments, click the "Ready to Reconcile" checkbox, signaling the central team to process the transaction information.
Click <Return to My Wallet> in the lower left of the page if you would like to view other transactions.
On the Review My Wallet Receipts page, the Additional Details column will display comments. The Attachments column will no longer display a plus sign next to the attachments icon, indicating that you have added attachments. A plus sign by the attachment icon indicates an attachment needs to be added.
