We are a collection of students that are dedicated to advancing the understanding of Linux, open-source, and digital rights. You may not know it yet, but you probably interact with several Linux machines every day. The grand majority of cloud storage and websites are hosted on servers running Linux. Also, Android runs on the Linux kernel.

Learn Linux:
We hold a monthly workshop on all things Linux and open-source. If you are interested in Linux, this is a great place to start. No experience is required, and skills learned here can make you quite a lot of money in the industry.
Coding Challenge:
We have a coding competition that challenges programmers, new and experienced alike, on meeting goals that would be required of you in the work place. We want to help students sharpen their skills and cut their teeth on what it's like to be a software engineer.
Hackathons:
Our Discord channel is a great place to find teammates with widely different skill sets. Don't have an idea? No problem at all!! Just ask around, there is no shortage of things to build. We tend to have a handful of projects every Hacktoberfest, and keep our members informed of other local events.

We also take time to just relax and chill right before the weekends. Feel free to come to our board games and movie nights if you're feeling like you need to just get away from the coding environment for a moment.
