Below are reflections you can use with youth about science and stem from 4-H Common Measures 2.0 Science Instrument. The Common Measures are survey instruments were developed with the primary goals of evaluating 4-H programming, forming program improvement efforts, and assessing overall program impacts.

You can print and have youth drop post-it or item in correct box for each of the questions. There are three designs choose your favorite.

For best results, it is recommended that you complete a whole block of questions to reflect on program with youth. I have put blocks together in each presentation.
