Receipt of a 4-H Club Charter gives the club the authority to use the 4-H name and emblem. Each Base will have one charter with several project clubs operating underneath that charter.

Military Clubs chartered through a request to the local Extension Office, unless overseas then send to the State Military Liaison. Bases need to meet minimum criteria to have a signed annual charter renewal. Use the Charter Renewal Checklist to assist with this process.
