ECON 100A: Intermediate Microeconomics (if math prerequisites are complete)*
We recommend taking ECON 10A and ECON 10B (accounting), if students have not already taken the equivalent courses elsewhere.
Please refer to the email sent to you from the economics advisor(s) suggesting classes you should take in your first quarter here.
ECON 100A/M, 100B/N and 113 are much more difficult than ECON 1 & 2. Students should devise their academic plans to ensure they will not have to take more than one of ECON 100A/M, 100B/N, and 113 in the same term, since it is crucial that students pass these courses on the first attempt.
Contact the major advisor at (831) 459-5028 or econ_ugrad_coor@ucsc.edu if unable to enroll in ECON 100A.
