Scholarships
The University of California 4-H Youth Development Program supports continuing education after high school. Senior 4-H members qualify for 4-H scholarships upon graduation, and 4-H alumni can also apply for 4-H scholarships. See our Scholarships page to learn more.
Youth Awards
(National)
The 4-H Youth in Action program recognizes and highlights 4-H youth who demonstrate how 4-H changed their lives and equipped them to change the lives of others.
(California)
The Golden Clover Awards recognize outstanding achievements of California 4-H members, volunteers, program staff, and groups
(California)
The California Diamond Clover is the highest achievement for which a 4-H youth member is recognized.
Volunteer Recognition
Volunteer of the Year
An individual who has volunteered for 4‑H less than 10 years.
Outstanding Lifetime Volunteer Award
An individual who has spent 10 or more years as a 4‑H volunteer.

Incentives and Recognition Advisory Committee
4-H Youth, Volunteers and Professionals on the Incentives and Recognition Advisory Committee work together to improve the ways that 4-H'ers can be recognized for their growth and contribution to the University of California 4-H Youth Development Program.
