This year in order to streamline the application and university nomination process, Departments are no longer required to review applications and submit a list of eligible nominees to FGSR.  Rather, applicants will apply directly at the university level through the appropriate application portals.

To assist in the promotion of this doctoral scholarship, we request Departments to disseminate information about this year’s national competition to their students and potential applicants.
