What is the F&O Mentorship Program?
The Leadership Council is inviting you to join the F&O Mentorship Program — an exciting opportunity that pairs frontline F&O staff from across our portfolio with a member of senior leadership. Explore career topics, challenges, and current issues in informal, one-on-one sessions and develop your interpersonal and technical skills, including:

As a mentee
Identify your personal skills, knowledge, and goals and learn how to achieve them
Get advice and feedback from your mentor, while being prepared to ask questions
As a mentor
Help your mentee develop a clear path to their professional goals
Help establish a strong network of contacts and encourage knowledge sharing within the portfolio
