Our organizational structure

Facilities and Operations is a diverse portfolio responsible for a range of essential services across our five campuses. 

From managing capital construction and renovations, providing utilities and energy management, to delivering student and campus services—our portfolio works hard behind the scenes to make the university a great place to research, learn and work.

The Integrated Asset Management Strategy (IAMS) ensures that decisions related to the stewardship of its infrastructure across the university's five campuses are made holistically and with the university’s long-term objectives in mind. IAMS outlines related principles, goals, and actions to strengthen how we care for our campuses.
