Internal funding requisitions

New process effective February 1

Internal Funding Requisitions will be located in ReADY under the F&O Internal Requests service group, replacing the current CEAR and E16 forms.

Visit the ReADY homepage to fill in a funding requisition and submit it for approval.

Under the new system, notification emails will immediately be sent to anyone who needs to take action. Check the status of your request right from the portal—from submission to approval and every step in between.

Currently, this new process will be utilized by AMO and PMO offices for construction projects only (CMR, RSF, AMO-CR and other funding sources available for construction projects). In the next phase, Utilities and Campus Services funding requests will also be accepted.

Requests submitted in the new system are automatically collected through AiM ReADY for data reporting, dashboards and analysis.
