Leadership excellence
Charged with taking deeper dives into issues and initiatives that span the entirety of F&O, this cross-portfolio council supports leadership excellence that is crucial in ensuring we are able to support the university’s strategic objectives.
Leadership development support
The Leadership Council shares information among and beyond its membership, researching and proposing solutions to vexing problems, while maintaining a sharp eye on the development requirements of F&O’s leaders.
Representing you
The Leadership Council is committed to ensuring F&O is well-led and fair. All members have an equal voice and are encouraged to think beyond their normal perspective.

At the October meeting of TLC, members shared highlights of project successes across the portfolio. Some highlights include:
The opening of the new tennis dome on South Campus
A large PV project underway at Augustana
Participation in a research project on increased inclusion in hockey
