Creature feature - Meet Mac
{AKA Mister Baby, Mister Kitty, Macaroni, Mr. Cheeto, Return of the Mac, Mac Attack...)What is his name and breed?
He is an American shorthair tabby, and fun fact: he has "Mackerel" stripes which makes him look like a tiger (don't tell him), also evidenced by the “M” shape appearing on his forehead!
What's one of his weird quirks?
Mac is a rescue from the Edmonton Humane Society. He was turned in a little beat up and had to get surgery! They removed one of his front incisors (the scary fang looking ones) and often his lip will get stuck on his face because his mouth doesn't close just right anymore. Meaning he looks like a total goof and has no idea!
Describe a fond memory, funny story or recent accomplishment
I got Mac during the pandemic and he has been a huge support for me. Living alone and with all the restrictions, he was the perfect companion during a really challenging year. Although he is sassy and has wrecked a good portion of my furniture, he also makes me laugh every day and is slowly learning how to cuddle. 😻
