Summary: This week we focused a lot on generating our exterior frame using the CNC and G-Code. We also focused on trying to enhance our LED system by making the powering system more efficient to conserve the battery. In terms of the app we are working on the arrangements and set up on MIT App Inventor to ensure that the app looks cohesive and works to transition the LED lights. Some issues we ran into was with working with the G-Code and trying to get the G-Code to line up properly with our material. In order to counter this, we accounted our tolerances and gave more room to cut out our components.
Plan for the Next 2 Weeks: In the next two weeks we plan to manufacture more of our exterior components and possibly begin painting and putting together our individual exterior pieces to our bike's frame. We also plan to finish the app for the LED system.
