Summary: This week we focused on creating the attachments for the bike by working on the 3D Model on Fusion360. We also worked on creating the app for the LED system, mainly coding and layout. Some problems that we encountered were creating fastening pieces that would attach to each of the separate exterior components and then to the bike itself. So we discussed further attachment concepts and tweaked the 3D Model to focus on for next week's reference. We have currently CNC'd a couple of the components for the exterior.
Plan for the Next 2 Weeks: We plan to build upon our attachment system on Fusion360 and work on developing the app for the LED System on MIT App Inventor. Ideally, we plan to have multiple parts of the exterior CNCd so that we can begin assembly for some of the exterior components onto the bike's frame.
Monday:
