3 Main Categories of Tasks:
• System generated tasks
• Definition: Any automated tasks created by Origami such as emails, coverage follow-ups, denial related tasks, etc.
• When to complete: Only complete these tasks once the content of the task is complete (i.e. once the email has been responded to, the coverage follow up has been completed, the final denial call & email have been made).
• Tasks created by someone else
• Definition: Any tasks created by TP, your supervisor/team lead, a manager, etc.
• When to complete: Only complete these tasks once the content of the task is complete.
• Reminder tasks you create.
• Definition: Any tasks you created for yourself to follow up with something, general reminders.
• When to complete: Complete these tasks once the content of the task is complete or the reminder is no longer needed.
