Process:
Step 1: If Snapsheet has notified you the vehicle is now deemed as a total loss, you will need to use the following note template to transfer the file to a Turo Total Loss Claims Associate. In some circumstances, one of Turo’s IA vendors (SCA or Nationwide) could also notify you the vehicle is a total loss, which you will need to transfer as well.
Additionally, if you believe there are additional supplements to be sent in from a shop, you can reach out to the shop directly to find out more information and determine the value of hidden damage expected. Use the Total Loss calculator to determine the threshold percentage.
Step 2: Use the note in Origami called “Transfer To Total Loss Request” and answer the questions.
