The themes that are mainly surrounding the artworks that I have made are those animals that represent human nature or other symbols. The reason towards the theme that I have chosen for my artworks is due to my interest in living creatures, mainly animals that roam the face of the earth. The aim of the artworks that i have created is to symbolize animals towards the events that may happen in a person’s life. I would like to create an environment of curiosity towards the viewers of my artwork and think about the deeper meaning that a living creature may possess.
The first artwork “Into the Night” shows a big silhouette of a wolf. That wolf is the background of the artwork alongside the big night sky. It's only appropriate to put wolves howling to the moon as it symbolizes their safety and wellbeing. The girl in the middle holding a bow and arrow symbolizes the bravery that is needed to overcome the darkness of the night. “Beauty and Dominance” is the title of the next artwork which features a lily and a scorpion. Both living creatures are dangerous but one is very beautiful and may trick people into snatching them. On the other hand the scorpion is known to be dangerous so people tend to avoid them thus showing their dominance. “Vase of Demise” is the third artwork that is presented in this exhibition featuring an orchid, bear and a skull as a base. Bears are lazy creatures while on the other hand orchids represent diligence. The skull on the bottom acts like a vase holding both of them together to represent the circle of life. As for “Curiosity’s Pawn” foxes pointing towards a human that is positioned in the corner of the work. The body of the human is supposed to be in the fetal position where it is known to give a sense of protection. Foxes are naturally curious creatures and their movements towards the human shows their nature. “Beneath the Living” is the fifth artwork presented and uses wild boars to give its meaning. Boars are shy creatures that tend to stay away from trouble but at the same time if provoked they turn into courageous beings to protect themselves. The living trees show their beauty but on the other side are dead trees that no longer possess that beauty. This artwork shows the beauty of life where once is gone then it can't come back. The sixth artwork “Diminutive Worth” showcases a dragon and a wounded silhouette. Dragons in oriental cultures represent good luck that can be bestowed on those people that are worthy but bringing those that are evil down. In this artwork the silhouette of the person represents people that are in need of help. Divine beings such as that dragon will become the judge to see whether the person is worth the help or not. “Elusive Aurum” is presented by a hand holding a snake caged in a see through box. Snakes represented human nature that envies what isn't in their possession. Outside that see through box is hints of gold. If viewed from the snake’s point of view, that gold outside can't ever be reached. Lastly, “Reborn in Flames” is an artwork that showcases a peacock. Peacocks are as prideful as they are beautiful animals. That pride shows sins that a person may have and to live a good fulfilling life those sins shall be stripped away. “Flames” in some telling could cleanse someone from their sins thus giving them a new life.
Between all the artworks that are being showcased, I have used different colours and techniques to emphasise the meaning behind the artworks. For example “Beauty and Dominance” mainly uses the colour blue but the color red on the scorpion becomes the focal point of the artwork. And the colour red on “Reborn in Flames” to represent fire. The artworks that i have made are mainly illustrative as i want viewers to reach a point where they can relate to the artworks that i have made.

"Into the Night"
The truth behind nights and darkness lies between the view of the people that see it. Embodying the night, wolves are very basic representations of actions that occur at the depth of the darkness. In that darkness the girl represents something brave that would bring hope. Bows and arrows are weapons that can be used to protect oneself, but at the same time it could be used offensively which could be representing someone’s basic survival.

"Beauty and Dominance"
Lilies comes in different shapes, sizes and colours. Stargazer lilies in particular are very beautiful flowers that would attract many people’s attention. Underneath that beauty that they uphold, there is poison in it which would make it extremely dangerous. A red scorpion appears in the middle of the lily to leave a meaning of dominance. Scorpions are small insects but at the same time people all over know the power that they hold inside their tails.

"Vase of Demise"
The skull is a vase of which holds a single orchid and a head of a bear. A skull represents decay and death, using it as a vase represents the death that may come to those living creatures. Bears are creatures that represent sloth as they sleep for months and only wake to find food. While on the other hand orchids represent diligence by the way they grow. Together, the artwork shows that diligence and sloth is a part of life.

"Curiosity's Pawn"
Foxes are cunning creatures. In many fairy tales they represent negative personalities and people tend to overlook that they are very persistent in their interests. There is a boy in the artwork that would seem to not be in a good mood. The foxes’ curiosity is going to lead them to understand more about what has caught their attention. Sometimes curiosity may lead to positive events happening but digging in too deep may also lead to unfortunate ones.

"Beneath the Living"
The artwork is divided in half to represent the sides that they are on. On one side it can be seen that there is a boar while on the other just a skull of it. The side on top represents the living while on the other side is what will eventually happen when living creatures die out. Lively trees represent the beauty that life possesses while dead trees represent that beauty that can’t last. Boars are a representative to those that need courage to live their lives to the fullest.

"Diminutive Worth"
Oriental dragons are mythical creatures that in many stories are worshipped for the good luck they bring. The silhouette of a hurt person is on the button of the artwork to represent those that are in pain and in need of help. Dragons are the creatures that are believed to bring luck to those that are worthy of fortune but at the same time dragons can also bring punishment towards those that are evil.

"Elusive Aurum"
Snakes are the symbol of envy. Beings stuck in the grasp of a human hand represents the envy that humans have in their nature. At the same the acrylic box is a see through space that is covered with gold on the side. Seeing the artwork from the perspective of the snake, the viewer would see gold specs that will never be attainable. Envy in humans are stopped by circumstances that will make it difficult to reach fortune through easy ways.

"Reborn in Flames"
Peacocks are animals that are considered to be very beautiful but in their nature they contain a heavy amount of pride in their hearts. Pride in human nature is natural but excessive amounts lead to unfortunate life events. Being reborn doesn’t always mean to die but renewing the ways to live. The red in the artwork represents flames. In some telling, flames could cleanse oneself of their sins they have accumulated throughout life and give another chance.
