Dear Parent/Guardian,

SHAKEFEST 2024

I am writing to let you know that your son/daughter has been selected to perform in the annual Eagle Theatre SHAKEFEST. Jan. 17th at 7:00.

There will be no after school rehearsals for this production.  I am asking that your student be at the school no later than 6:15 on the day of the performance.  The production runs no longer than 90 minutes and your student will be able to leave following the curtain call photo following the awards ceremony.   

Tickets for the production are $5.00 and will be available at the door.  

Thank you so much for your cooperation with this event.  I am thrilled that your student is getting the opportunity to be involved in an evening production.  

If for some reason your child cannot participate in this production they will need to write a 4 page type-written critical analysis over the play in which they were cast.  I must be notified by in writing by parent or guardian no later than Jan. 12th.   The paper is due on Jan. 20th and must be completed as homework.  Late papers will not be accepted.
