OUR ACHIEVEMENTS

From her humble beginning as an IT student, she emerged to become an inspiration to many students. Truly an epitome of hard work and dedication, Kate Santos is one of The Ten Outstanding Student of the Philippines -National Finalist. A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology Batch 2019, she was a Student Partner of Microsoft for 2 consecutive years, and one of the Top 32 Delegates for The American Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines-16th Annual Business Leadership Program 2018.

Allyn Louie Rios, an Information Technology student, won 2nd place in the Youth Entrepreneurship Boot Camp 2019 with the Artisnet Project. Youth Entrepreneurship Bootcamp is designed to help youths to start their entrepreneurship journey.


Treston’s School of Information Technology graduate, Maria Angelina Santos, aced the Test of English for International Certification of Hopkins International Partners, Inc. with a perfect score of 990/990.


Chadymae Bariñan, a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Batch 2017, was a First runner-up in the National Competition Finals of the Microsoft Imagine Cup 2017. Chadymae and her team, Src Hacks, competed against the Best IT school delegates in the country. Their work, Project Eprx, is a digital prescription platform that connects doctors, pharmacies, and patients.


Gabriel Eric Villanueva, a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering, Batch 2015, was the first Treston student to became a finalist of Ten Outstanding Students of the Philippines 2015- National Capital Region. He also represented the Philippines at the Microsoft Student Partners Summit at the Microsoft Headquarters in Redmond, Washington, USA.


Yvette Watson, Treston IT Graduate, was part of the team that won first place in the Imagine Cup 2014 National Finals Philippines – World Citizenship Category. They presented ReLink — an app that help people sell their pre-loved belongings instead of throwing them away. Team Tala is a group of students from different colleges and universities in the Philippines that aim to make a difference in the world – Paul Villena and Paul Jethro Ganzon from Adamson University, Yvette Watson from Treston International College, and Mark Erwin Villarina from Mapua Institute of Technology.

Team Hiraya, comprised of three students from Treston International College-- Gabriel Eric Majo Villanueva, Jomarie Marquez, and Neo John Tuquero, designed an app that integrates timetables, maps, ratings, and dynamic data for busy travelers. They won the first prize at Microsoft Imagine Cup 2014, earning $3,000, in the Innovation category.

Treston International College is the only school in the Philippines recognized as an Accredited Test Centre by ICDL Asia. Among the modules offered in Treston International College are word processing, spreadsheet, computer essentials, online essentials, digital marketing, and information security. In addition, the American Council on Education’s College Credit Recommendation Service (ACE CREDIT®) has evaluated and recommended college credit for five of the ICDL Foundation’s modules.
