As promised by God and recorded in the Holy Bible, the True Jesus Church is the restored Apostolic Church in the end time. This church possesses the truth revealed by God and has the confirmation of the presence of the Holy Spirit and signs and wonders. She is also entrusted by the true God to proclaim the complete gospel of salvation throughout the whole world until the return of the Lord.

OBJECTIVES
The objectives of this Assembly are to coordinate the various GAs, CBs, and IA-directed regions and to assist in their development; to unify the doctrines of the True Jesus Church, so as to carry out world evangelism and to complete the mission of the True Jesus Church as given by the Lord.
IA ORGANIZATION
The World Delegates Conference (“WDC”) comprises delegates from the various GAs, CBs, IA-directed regions, IA full-time preacher(s), and IA Executive Council (“IA EXCO”). The IA EXCO consists of fifteen (15) elected members, with additional seats given to the Chairpersons of GAs who are not among the fifteen elected members. They elect among themselves a Chairperson and elect a Director for the Eastern Hemisphere Department of World Mission, a Director for the Western Hemisphere Department of World Mission, a Director for the Department of Media Evangelism, a Director for the Department of Training Affairs, a Director for the Department of Financial Affairs, and a Director for the Department of General Affairs, who are responsible for planning annual works and executing the relevant holy works. They serve for a term of four years. The WDC convenes a meeting once every two years starting from the 6th WDC. IA also convenes the Truth Research Committee Meeting, Youth Ministry Committee, and Holy Work Symposium in conjunction with the WDC. The organizational chart of this Assembly is as follows:
The Duties of Each Department
The duties of the Chairperson
1. To represent the IA externally.
2. To lead all churches to pursue spiritual growth and church growth.
3. To manage church affairs, to oversee all the departments, to coordinate and connect all GAs and CBs.
4. To convene and chair all IA EXCO and Standing Committee Meetings.
5. To present the various IA reports to the WDC.
The duties of the Eastern Hemisphere Department of World Mission (“EHDWM”) and Western Hemisphere Department of World Mission (“WHDWM”)
1. To coordinate, plan and advance the global missionary affairs
2. To assist and oversee the evangelical and pastoral works of IA-directed churches and pioneering areas.
3. To support the evangelical and pastoral works in all GAs and CBs.
4. The regions designated to EHDWM and WHDWM are as follows:
a. EHDWM: Asia, Oceania, and other regions in the Eastern Hemisphere
b. WHDWM: Americas, Europe, Africa, and other regions in the Western Hemisphere
The duties of the Department of Training Affairs
The Department of Training is responsible for the planning, execution and overseeing of the training activities for the worldwide divine workers.
The duties of the Department of Media Evangelism
The Department of Media Evangelism is responsible for the planning, execution and overseeing of the global literary missionary work, inlcuding publication and distribution of audio/visual and internet materials.
The duties of the Department of General Affairs
The Department of General Affairs is responsible for all general matters of the IA.
The duties of the Department of Financial Affairs
The Department of Financial Affairs is responsible for all financial matters of the IA.
