Dear Brethren:
Hallelujah! Greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus,
This is to be carried out according to the resolution of the IA 14-2 SCO Meeting Minutes and the letter 【UKGA25-37】 from UK GA dated on June 5, 2025.
The General Assembly of the United Kingdom (the “UK GA”) was established in October 1989. Since then, the UK GA has been coordinating and supporting churches, prayer houses and places of worship across the UK and the Republic of Ireland. We thank God for His love and guidance, the UK GA successfully purchased an office building in Cramlington, Northeast England, in May 2023. The UK GA Building Project in Cramlington will play a vital role in the future development of God’s work in the UK. Once completed, this building will also serve as a second church for the brethren in Newcastle, addressing the growing need in that area.
The establishment project is now in its final stages, with completion anticipated by the end of this year, provided that the remaining fit-out and installation work proceeds without interruption. Although a national fundraising effort was conducted in July 2024, the original budget of £2,000,000 has proven to be insufficient due to unforeseen circumstances encountered during the early stages of the fit-out phase. The improvement work, including the installation of fixtures and fittings, is scheduled for completion by the end of 2025, with the majority of contracts already secured at favourable rates. Any delays at this stage would almost certainly lead to increased costs for materials and fit-out. The current outstanding funding is £1,100,000. Please refer to the attachment.
Please encourage the brethren in your country to assist the contribution as one family in Christ, and remit the collected fund for UK GA to the following account before August 31, 2025:
Beneficiary’s Bank Name: Royal Bank of Scotland
Beneficiary’s Bank Address: The Royal Bank of Scotland Edinburgh West End Office Branch 142-144 Princes Street, Edinburgh, EH2 4EQ Scotland, UNITED KINGDOM
Beneficiary’s Account Name: General Assembly of the True Jesus Church (UK)
BIC: RBOSGB2L
IBAN: GB20RBOS83200300112635
Please remember this holy work in your prayers and may may the Lord Jesus Christ continue to guide and bless us in this good work.
