A. Introduction
Singapore is an island situated in the south of Peninsular Malaysia connected by a bridge. It has a tropical climate. The population is nearly 6 million. The majority are Chinese (75%), followed by Malays and Indians. The economy is good with advanced technologies; political conditions are stable.
B. Religion
There is freedom of religion. This includes Buddhism, Roman Catholicism, Christianity, Islam, Hinduism, and others.
C. The development of the True Jesus Church
The Truth was preached in 1925, by Titus Huang of Fujian True Jesus Church, Mainland China, when he came to Singapore. Under the guidance of the Holy Spirit, the number of believers’ growth, and assistance from other elders and deacons, the Truth was preached to Peninsular Malaysia and North Borneo (Sabah).
Malaysia-Singapore General Assembly was established in 1970 until 1999. In the year 2000, the General Assembly was separated into the True Jesus Church Co-ordination Board (Singapore) and the Malaysia General Assembly.
