Employer Paid Day Off

• Allabani Holdings recognizes Christmas as a paid holiday for all employees, regardless of employment type.

• Holiday pay is the regular straight time rate for the number of hours in an average workday.

• Employees are not allowed holiday pay while in an out-of-pay status such as leave of absence or layoff or while receiving short-term disability payments.

Thanksgiving Bonus

• Employees scheduled to work on Thanksgiving Day will receive a $100 bonus on top of their regular hourly pay.
