IVY contributes separately to employees' and dependents' premiums.
Employee: IVY covers up to 100% of the premium of Anthem Gold PPO Plan. Employee pays the difference in premium if they select a more expensive plan.
Dependents: Employee pays for the whole premium.

To change your benefits outside of the open enrollment period, you’re required to have a qualifying reason or event such as a change in marital status, adding a dependent, loss of coverage, etc. Otherwise, you’ll have to wait until open enrollment to make changes.
