We recognize that cell phones can be a great asset if used correctly (for compliance apps, business calls, etc.) But, cell phones may also cause problems when used imprudently or excessively. This cell phone policy applies to all managers, and employees.
IVY employees should never give their personal phone number to customers for work related topics. Customers should be directed to contact the store via: phone, email, or social media.
Personal phone use should be conducted in the back of the store and outside of customer view.
Personal calls should be brief during working hours.
Personal calls should be reserved for lunch breaks or dire situations.

Use their phones for any reason while driving during working hours.
Download, upload, or view offensive, obscene, or discriminatory images and/or text during working hours.
Surf the internet or use social media during working hours.
Send personal messages or conduct personal calls in-front of customers
Speak on their phones within earshot of colleagues’ working space during working hours.
Play games on their phone during working hours.
Use their cell phone’s camera or microphone to record confidential information.
