•               Equipment Record

•               Laptop/PC

•               Ballpen/Pencil

Procedure:

1.                 Download Sample/Template of Breakdown/ Repair Report and Prepare all your reference materials and laptop/PC.

2.                Fill up all items in Sample/Template of Breakdown/ Repair Report

3.                Identify the damaged tools/equipment.

4.               Identify the nature of breakdown of the equipment.

5.                Recommend possible solution.

6.               Call your trainer who will guide you and check your work after doing this activity
