The following exercises require little or no equipment.

  • Have a water bottle handy and please participate at your own pace.

  • Ensure that you perform a warm-up (for example: jogging on the spot; skipping; walking around; up/down steps).

  • Select exercise to perform from the list.

  • Use one of the workout template forms or one of the pre-made workouts
