Toronto Catholic District School Board (TCDSB) students and staff can use the MyPassword self-service to reset password.
Refer to the following password reset information for each user group:

You can reset and manage your password by visiting the MyPassword website.

You can register for the self-service by visiting the MyPassword Setup website.

Use your userid@tcdsb.ca (e.g. smithj012@tcdsb.ca) account.
Can I use my TCDSB email address for the Authentication Email that will be used to reset my password or unlock my account?
No, you cannot use your TCDSB email address. You will be required to use your personal email address for your Authentication Email to ensure you are always able to unlock your account.

If I’m enrolled in the old system, do I still need to register for "My Password"?
Yes, you need re-enroll in the new “My Password” system, following the instructions above.
Can I use my TCDSB email address for the Authentication Email that will be used to reset my password or unlock my account?
No, you cannot use your TCDSB email address. You will be required to use your personal email address for your Authentication Email to ensure you are always able to unlock your account.
Will my old profile (for example my security questions) be transferred to the new “My Password” System?
No. You will be required to create a new profile including updating security questions.
