Tai - The Musical!
This term our topic is called “Tai the Musical”, where the children will be exploring the wonderful world of musicals. Throughout the term, they will learn what makes a musical special, from storytelling through song to the importance of costumes, stage design, and performance.
As part of this topic, we will be looking in detail at the much-loved production Joseph and His Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. The children will listen to songs, explore the story, and think about how music and drama can bring characters and emotions to life.
The topic will build towards an exciting end-of-term stage performance just before Christmas, where the children will sing a well-known song from Joseph and His Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. We cannot wait to share their hard work and enthusiasm with you, and to celebrate their creativity and growing confidence on stage.
Watch this space for further details about performance dates and how you can join us in celebrating the children’s achievements.
