Use your usual Sussex username and password
You may need to update your password on first login.
Hover over the ticket availability on the right hand side of the dashboard and select 'View Tickets' to bring up a new window.
Highlight the desired seats on the floor plan (General Admission and Concessions tickets will need to be done separately) (If the new window just has a ticket list then this is an unreserved event).
Select the correct type of ticket in the menu on the right hand side
Repeat the step for any concessions or alternative tickets
Close the ticket window and the ticket selection will appear in the cart on the right hand side
Repeat this process for tickets to other shows
Ensure the information is correct (use the manage item menu to amend anything)
Assign the cart to customer by searching in the 'Assign customer' bar at the top of the cart.
If the customer doesn't already exist in the system you will need to create new customer profile (see below)
Apply any discounts as instructed using the percentage icon
Select Payment Options box at the bottom of the cart
Select the Chip and Pin option from the list
Ensure the amount is right and if possible get the type of card from the user. Select 'Pay Now'
Using the PDQ machine type in the correct amount and present to the user.
Select Confirm Order at the bottom of the screen.
Follow the Selling Tickets process (above) and ensure the correct tickets are placed into the cart and assigned to the customer.
Select Payment Options box at the bottom of the cart
Select the Reserve Order option at the bottom of the screen and select the date the tickets will be held until. Tickets should usually be reserved for one week but can be extended to two weeks maximum at your discretion
Select the Add New Customer option from the Customer dashboard or directly from the Link in the cart.
Add the following details to the account:
First and Last names
Email Address
Telephone Number
Post Code (the rest of the address is optional unless they are opting in to post).
Tick the Membership box on the right and complete the Opt-Ins (how can we contact you - ignore 3rd party as an option)
Press 'Add New Customer'
Ask Arron
Reset the cart by clicking on the '...' icon in the top right of the cart window.
Select 'Empty cart contents only' to clear the current tickets
Select 'Reset and create new cart' to clear the current tickets and customer information.
In the cart window:
Click on the tickets you wish to change.
In the new window, select the seat you wish to change and chose the new ticket type
Close the window.
