Granola
Preheat oven to 325*
3 Tablespoons olive or avocado oil
¼ cup honey
1 Tblsp vanilla extract
2 cups old fashioned rolled oats
½ tsp salt
1 Tblsp cinnamon
Optional-½ cup raisins, chocolate chips, and or nuts
NOTE- Add raisins after granola comes out of the oven ;
½ cup raisins and/or dried cranberries
Preheat oven to 325*
Combine olive oil, honey, and vanilla in a bowl
Measure oats, salt, and cinnamon in the same bowl and stir with spatula.
Make mixture the shape of a big pancake on a tray with parchment paper.
Bake for 20 - 30 minutes (until oats turn brown on top and edges.
Add raisins or chocolate chips
Cool then put in a bag to go.
