PREP!!!!!!!! Be sure to have everything ready before you begin to cook!
2 eggs
1 Tbsp milk
Pinch of salt & pepper
Options- fill with shredded cheese, chopped onion, sliced tomato, salsa, or broccoli
· Wash hands
· Spray small frying pan with non stick spray
· Heat frying pan on medium heat
· Crack eggs into bowl
· Whisk milk with eggs
· Pour eggs in pan
· When egg becomes firm fill with cheese & veggies on one side
· Flip to cover half the egg for 1-2 minutes
* Flip to other side for an additional minute or two
· Be sure egg is cooked! (no loose egg whites or yolks)
· Clean up any egg and wash your hands
