Easy Cookie Recipe

Easy Cookie Recipe- (Please note in class we use Pillsbury or Duncan Hines or Gluten Free Betty Crocker cake mixes which are made in peanut & nut free facilities.

We also have an egg free option in which egg is substituted with apple sauce and xanthan gum)

Ingredients Cake mix

2 eggs

½ cup vegetable oil

sugar & sprinkles for dipping & decorating

Directions

1. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Have 2 sheet pans with parchment paper.
3. Measure ½ cup oil in liquid measuring cup.
4. Add 2 eggs, stir with fork.
5. Place cake mix in large bowl.
6. Add egg - oil mix to cake mix.
7. Stir with fork until batter is smooth.
8. Dip scoop into sugar.
9. Scoop cookie mix onto sheet pan.
10. Press cookie to flatten.
11. Decorate cookies.
12. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
