· ½ cup all-purpose flour (a gluten free flour can be substituted)
· ¼ cup brown sugar, packed
· ½ stick unsalted butter
· ½ tsp ground cinnamon
Preparation:
1. Blend the ingredients together in a bowl using a fork or a pastry blender.
2. Sprinkle over muffins, pies or coffee cake immediately before baking.
