Artist Statement:

I chose the prompt a lollipop having a conversation with a chocolate bar because I thought it would be fun to be able to draw a picture but also come up with a conversation that they can be having. 

The materials I used were a 2h graphite pencil, Prismacolor colored pencils, and a black pen on drawing paper. 

To make my artwork I started by choosing my prompt and sketching my idea. I then went over all my lines with a black pen. Next, I colored everything with colored pencils. I didn't research any reference photos.
