Time Capsule Observational Drawings

The main idea for this art is a corner of my house. I tried to make it simple but not too simple because trying to show my talent shouldn't be easy. I'm trying to say that I can draw something when you give me something to look at.

To create this work I used tape on the outside to make a border to make it look nicer. Then I used a pencil to draw the picture out and also outlined it in sharper to make it look bolder. Then colored it in to make it look pretty and nice.

I started with the walls because that's the important part. Then I debated if I wanted to draw a stool because I didn't know how to draw one so I looked one up online and it looked easy so I did. Then I thought about drawing a rug around the stool but I didn't because it didn't look good.

The main idea for this art was me. It's just a picture of me not smiling because I didn't want to try and draw my smile with all my teeth and on top of that my braces. So I just stuck with my resting face.

To create this work I used my face as a reference and colored pencils to color my face, hair, eyes and lips.

I went through the process of making sure my face looked good on the paper and making sure the proportions were not too big or small. Also it took me a while to find the right shade of red for my lips.

The main idea for this artwork was my water bottle. I had to draw a standing object and I was also in class so I just did what was in front of me and that was my water bottle. It doesn't look the best because it had a lot of difficult angles I had to draw to make it look like a water bottle.

To create this work I used my water bottle to reference the drawing then used a regler penile to draw the picture and outlined it with a fine point sharpie. Also colored it in with color pencils.

I went through the process of making sure that it was big enough that it would fit the sticker that was on it. Also I had to make sure that the cap was accurict and it didn't look like a big black blob with a bunch of lines.
