I'm not trying to say anything with this artwork I am simply just taking one of my most favorite pictures and turning it into a piece of work that I worked really hard on to make sure that I could make it as perfect as possible.

I took a picture that I love and grafted it out in squares and then took an 18 X 24 watercolor paper and grafted that out too. After I carefully drew out the picture square by square making sure that each line was in the right place, then when I was satisfied with the outline of the drawing I took black and white charcoal and ink to create the texture and toning of the different shades of black, grey and highlighting white to make the picture as realistic as possible.
