Sgraffito

This project is made of clay and glaze

The main idea for this project was mother's day because of the date being so close to when we were doing this project.

First I had to figure out what shape I wanted to do so I did a circle because I thought that would look good. Then created a design that was made up of some of my mom's favorite thing and put then together and drew it onto scratchboard and then transferred it onto the clay. Then started carving out the design until I was satisfied with the ending resource.
