Intro to Illustration

These drawings were created for my Intro to Illustration class sophomore year. We mostly did studies, using both references and objects from everyday life. There was an emphasis on capturing objects realistically, using elements such as shadow, value, and depth. I learned to play with stipples and hatching, and increased my understanding of proper proportion.
